To register for a 2008 Teacher Workshop please fill in this form and when finished click on "Send Now!".

Please call 1800 650 979 once you have registered for a workshop to ensure we have received your form.

Please ensure you supply the following: a working email address that gets checked regularly; a fax number; a business hours phone number.

You will receive an email confirming your registration shortly after submitting this form. Where applicable, a tax invoice will be faxed to the number supplied below. Payment can be made by school cheque, money order or credit card (VISA, MasterCard, BankCard).

One week prior to the Workshop, you will receive by fax, a reminder form with all necessary information concerning the day.

Please note that times, dates and venues may change where necessary. The Wakakirri office will contact registered workshop participants to confirm any alterations to the program. BOOKINGS ARE ESSENTIAL FOR ALL WORKSHOPS.
