Media Resources for Teachers

As the event begins to draw near, it’s the perfect time to promote your school’s efforts, achievements as well as the fun and benefits of Wakakirri. Well-planned publicity can be good for your school, your students, and for Wakakirri. Sometimes, papers will be happy to publish a story on the strength of the event alone, but it will always help to give the media good storylines to ‘hang’ your school’s story around.

On this page we have assembled some documents to help you in your endeavour to publicise your school's involvement in the festival. It's as easy as 1, 2, 3.
